How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Choosingpage Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to make a complaint and what we do after we get it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How we handled your call or message to Choosingpage Garage Doors
- How we treated your personal information
- Anything on the site that seems unclear or wrong
- How a provider we connected you with behaved
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, workmanship, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Choosingpage Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions on a provider's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@choosingpage.garden and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number or form you used, if you know it
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what result you would like
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Next we will review the matter, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any action we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office, your state attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
